That’s right, I published my second book on Amazon.  Don’t bother looking for the first, I took it down a long time ago.  And don’t get too excited about knowing a published author, it’s self-publishing.  Taco could publish his own book.  Jerk might outsell me too.

In an effort to hit other markets, I put together about 6 posts and made a fancy cover page to “sell” to the masses of people on Amazon. 

I have a free promotion starting today (10/6-10/10) so you can download it and tell all your friends about it.  No seriously tell your friends. 

After that it goes up to .99.  It goes through motivation, dieting, finding the right gym for you and working out for beginners.  Here is the link if you are interested.

New Diet Opt-in

Next on the agenda, I created a new free gift when you submit your email in the popup or on the right side of ever page on the site.  Whenever I get out into the real world I get a lot of questions about diet, so I compiled a list of “14 Ways You’re Screwing Up Your Diet and How to Fix It”.  I was aiming for 10 but got carried away, it was a long flight from San Francisco. 

It’s free, it’s a good bathroom read and you might learn something.  There’s really no downside.  If you already get emails from me, I’ll be sending it to you this week.

Diet Program Coming Soon

I get a lot of “I can’t stick to a diet” or “How do I eat better?” from people.  So I decided I’m going to write a dieting program and sell it on here.  I write a lot about diets but sometimes people like a no thinking, step by step template to go by.  So that’s what I’m going to give you. 

I’ll outline, step by step how to start a healthy eating habit without wanting to kill yourself or me in the process.  It won’t be a complete 180 from how you’re eating now, but a gradual change over time.  This way it’s sustainable and you’ll enjoy it much more than going from eating McDonald’s to Paleo in a day. 

You’ll also see sustainable weight loss rather than losing 5 lbs. one week and gaining 10 then next.

30 Day Challenge

Last but not least, there will be another 30-day challenge, Abs and Core. 

The coolest thing in the world was when people would come up to me and say “I’m on day 15 of the squat challenge!”  This time I’m going to open up a forum for it, so people can talk about it, get help/pointers and see the results from other people

It’s good for motivation if you’re being held accountable by other people in the forum.  So if you’re looking for something to do now that the days are getting shorter and colder, nothing warms you up like posting on a forum and doing some ab work.
