My Current Diet/Workout
For my diet I’m doing carb cycling which I had awesome results with before my bodybuilding competition. I’m coming out with a post on 13Feb. Below you can download the meat of the post and not have to read my incoherent ramblings.
The workout is here and it might be slightly confusing if you are new to this. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask me. Tip: to find your 1 rep max (1RM) multiply the weight you can lift for 10 reps by 1.33. Now base all the calculations in the file off that number.
