Want To Like What You See In The Mirror?
I’m Dave Bonollo, and I understand you’re busy with work, family and kicking back on weekends. But you can still lose weight and add muscle without living in the gym. Eat the food you love. Look amazing shirtless or in a t-shirt. Stop asking “Does this make my belly look big?”

Anchors: Maintaining your Health in Your Most Stressful Times
Do you remember the end credits from Anchorman? Go ahead and watch it a few times - 60% of the time it gets better everytime. The reason I bring this up, besides the fact that I find it hilarious, is that Ron is using an anchor to calm himself before...
The Best Workout To Increase Your Drive Distance
Did you know John Daly is a fitness expert? Me either. I was procrastinating through the internet the other day when I came across an article of the 17 pieces of health and fitness advice from John Daly. (If you have a second, check it out, it’s hilarious.)...
The Bro’s Guide to Eating on All-Madden
Have you ever played Madden on All-Madden? I have and I hated every stupid minute of it. The computer cheats and it’s damn near impossible to win a game. I tried playing on All-Madden a few weeks ago just to see how much my skills have taken a hit since...
Set Your Goals. Take A Challenge. Reward Yourself.
My name is Dave Bonollo. I created this site to help my friends get in shape without all the B.S. or trying to sell them supplements they don’t need.
I’m not into tricking you into the newest fitness fads (like the Shake Weight), pushing supplements on you saying “Do nothing and this pill will make you skinny” or listicles (5 ways to lose belly fat), I tried it once but it sounds too close to testicles for me.
The media will try to convince you that you can lose fat by taking a pill or putting a neoprene corset on to make your stomach smaller.
Truth is, the only things that truly work is hard work and a proper diet. There is no amount of “diet food” or magical pill that can do that for you.
If you’re like most of my readers, you’ve probably tried something you saw on a late night infomercial thinking their claims would be true. I’ve been there, done that. Instead of beating myself up because of my failures, I decided to enjoy the process of getting healthy.
I think you probably are looking for the same things too. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?!
