What People Are Saying About Dave
Want To Like What You See In The Mirror?
I’m Dave Bonollo, and I understand you’re busy with work, family and kicking back on weekends. But you can still lose weight and add muscle without living in the gym. Eat the food you love. Look amazing shirtless or in a t-shirt. Stop asking “Does this make my belly look big?”

Win When Everyone Thinks You Lost
I suck being on camera and I’m not the best with thinking on my feet. The only person I could probably beat in a rap battle is a guy in a coma – and that might even be a stretch. I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that I’ll never fulfill my dream of...
How Do I Do Unassisted Dips?
If you’ve never been able to do one, an unassisted dip might seem like it will take forever to do one – if you even get there. Well I’m going to make that far off goal a little more approachable through the magic of progression. Not to be confused with the...
The Bill Belichick Method of Creating a Habit
The collective jaws of everyone I know just dropped. Let me preface this before we go any further, I am not a Patriots fan. Even though I’ve lived no more than an hour from Foxborough/Gillette Stadium my entire life. The only reason I can come up with is...
Set Your Goals. Take A Challenge. Reward Yourself.
My name is Dave Bonollo. I created this site to help my friends get in shape without all the B.S. or trying to sell them supplements they don’t need.
I’m not into tricking you into the newest fitness fads (like the Shake Weight), pushing supplements on you saying “Do nothing and this pill will make you skinny” or listicles (5 ways to lose belly fat), I tried it once but it sounds too close to testicles for me.
The media will try to convince you that you can lose fat by taking a pill or putting a neoprene corset on to make your stomach smaller.
Truth is, the only things that truly work is hard work and a proper diet. There is no amount of “diet food” or magical pill that can do that for you.
If you’re like most of my readers, you’ve probably tried something you saw on a late night infomercial thinking their claims would be true. I’ve been there, done that. Instead of beating myself up because of my failures, I decided to enjoy the process of getting healthy.
I think you probably are looking for the same things too. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?!
